CHAP. 609.— An Act For the relief of John O’Brien.June 17, 1926.[[S. 587](/us/bill/69/s/587).][[Private, No. 171](/us/pvtl/69/171).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,John O’Brien.Military record corrected. That in the administration of the pension laws and laws conferring rights and privileges upon honorably discharged soldiers, their widows, and dependent relatives, John O’Brien, late of Company D, Ninety-seventh New York Infantry, shall be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a member of said organization on the 17th day of March, 1865: *Provided*, That no back pay, pension, bounty, or other*Proviso*.No back pay, etc. emolument shall accrue prior to the passage of this Act.
