CHAP. 608.— An Act For the relief of the American Transportation Company.June 17, 1926.[[S. 104](/us/bill/69/s/104).][[Private, No. 170](/us/pvtl/69/170).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,American Transportation Company.Payment of findings of district court to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to the American Transportation Company, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $3,158,24, in full settlement and discharge of tire sum found due to said American Transportation Company by the decree of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania as hereinbefore recited.
