CHAP. 604.— An Act To appoint Mate John Joseph Bresnahan, United States Navy, a boatswain in the Navy.June 17, 1926.[[S. 3647](/us/bill/69/s/3647).][[Public, No. 401](/us/69/pl/401).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Navy.John Joseph Bresnahan to be appointed warrant boatswain. That the Secretary of the Navy be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to appoint Mate John Joseph Bresnahan, United States Navy, to the warrant grade of boatswain in the United States Navy, without regard to age or other qualifications. Approved, June 17, 1926.
