Miller.Credit allowed in accounts of. That the Comptroller General of the United States be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to pass and allow credit for, in the settlement of the disbursing accounts of Edgar K.
Miller, superintendent and special disbursing agent of the Indian school at Greenville, California, items in the sum of $429.20, representing certain payments made by the said Edgar K. Miller in excess of the amount appropriated by Vol. 41, p. 418.the Act of Congress approved February 14, 1920 (Forty-first Statutes at Large, page 418), for general repairs and improvements at the said school during the fiscal year ending June 30, 1921.
