CHAP. 594.— An Act To grant certain lands situated in the State of Arizona to the National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution.June 15, 1926.[[S. 3875](/us/bill/69/s/3875).][[Private, No. 159](/us/pvtl/69/159).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Daughters of American Revolution.Patent to lands in Arizona, the site of graves of Oatman family. That the Secretary of the Interior is authorized and directed to issue patent in fee to the National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution for one acre of land in section 11, township 5 south, range 9 west, Gila and Salt River base and meridian, Arizona, upon which are situated the graves of the Oatman family, and to make whatever supplemental survey is necessary to secure the definite location, identification, and description of the tract to be conveyed: *Provided*,*Proviso*.Determination of title, etc., by survey.
That in the event the supplemental survey establishes that the tract upon which are situated the graves of the Oatman family is no longer a part of the public domain, the Secretary of the Interior shall take no further action in the matter. If it is found by the supplemental survey that the tract in question is subject to prior existing rights, the patent to be issued hereunder shall recite a reservation of such prior rights.
