CHAP. 579.— An Act To add certain public lands to the Washakie National Forest, Wyoming.June 14, 1926. [[H. R. 12066](/us/bill/69/hr/12066).] [[Public, No. 387](/us/pl/69/387).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Public lands.Added to Washakie National Forest, Wyo. That the following-described public lands be, and the same are hereby, added to and made a part of the Washakie National Forest, Wyoming, and are to be hereafter administered under the laws and regulations relating to the national forests:
Township 43 north, range 108Description. west, sixth principal meridian; west half section 5; west half, west half northeast quarter, southeast quarter section 8; all of section 17; all of section 20; west half, west half northeast quarter, west half southeast quarter, northeast quarter southeast quarter section 21; north half north cast quarter, south half southeast quarter section 24; north half northwest quarter, northwest quarter northeast quarter, northwest quarter southwest quarter section 28; north half, north half southwest quarter, north half southeast quarter section 29.
Township 42 north, range 109 west, sixth principal meridian; north half section 1; north half section 2. Township 43 north, range 109 west, sixth principal meridian; south half, southeast quarter northwest quarter section 35; northeast quarter northeast quarter, northeast quarter southeast quarter, south half southeast quarter, southwest-quarter section 36: *Provided*, That the inclusion of any of*Proviso*.Valid applications, etc., not affected. the aforesaid land in the Washakie National Forest shall not affect adversely any valid application or entry pending at the date of the approval of this Act.
