CHAP. 566.— An Act To amend section 98 of the Judicial Code as amended.June 12, 1926. [[S. 4056](/us/bill/69/s/4056).] [[Public, No. 378](/us/pl/69/378).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,North Carolina western judicial district. That section 98 of the Judicial Code, as amended, be amended by adding a new paragraphVol. 43, p. 662, amended. thereto, as follows: " “That terms of the District Court of the United States for the*Post*, p. 1340.Terms of court, at Winston-Salem.
Western District of North Carolina shall be held in Winston-Salem on the fourth Monday in June and December: *Provided*, That*Proviso*.Free court rooms. suitable accommodations for holding court at Winston-Salem are furnished free of expense to the United States,” " Approved, June 12, 1926.
