CHAP. 552.— An Act For the relief of Cyrus Durey.June 10, 1926.[[H. R. 8846](/us/bill/69/hr/8846).][[Private, No. 148](/us/pvtl/69/148).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Cyrus Durey.Credit for disallowed payments. That the General Accounting Office is hereby authorized and directed to allow credit in the account of Collector of Internal Revenue Cyrus Durey, fourteenth New York district, in the sum of $499.25, to cover 1504disallowances due to payments made to Deputy Collector Manning Rested for subsistence expenses and car fare incurred in the months of October, November, and December, 1923, and January, February.
