Grant Memorial Association of Ohio.Obsolete guns granted to, for Grant Memorial Bridge,Point Pleasant, Ohio. That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized to deliver to the U.
S. Grant Memorial Association of Ohio four condemned twelve-pounder bronze guns at the Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island, Illinois, to mark the Grant Memorial Bridge on the Atlantic and Pacific Highway at Point Pleasant, Ohio: *Provided*, That no expense*Proviso*.No expense. shall be incurred by the United States through the delivery of these guns.
