CHAP. 541.— An Act For the relief of Harry McNeil.June 10, 1926.[[H. R. 2993](/us/bill/69/hr/2993).][[Private, No. 137](/us/pl/69/137).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Harry McNeil.Refund to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $1,000 to Harry McNeil, of San Francisco, California, being a refund on account of the forfeiture of a Liberty bond and which through error on the part of the clerk of the United States District Court of San Francisco was deposited in the Treasury of the United States.
