CHAP. 53.— An Act To extend the time for the construction of a bridge across the White River. March 11, 1926.[[H. R. 9109](/us/bill/69/hr/9109).][[Public, No. 44](/us/pl/69/44).] *Be if enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the times forWhile River.Time extended for bridging, by Independence County, at Batesville, Ark.Vol. 43. p. 888, amended. commencing and completing the construction of a bridge authorized by Act of Congress approved February 12, 1925, to be built by the county of Independence, in the State of Arkansas, and its successors and assigns, across the White River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation within or near the limits of the town of Batesville, in the county of Independence, in the State of Arkansas, are hereby extended one and three years, respectively, from the date of approval hereof.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, March 11, 1926.
