CHAP. 524.— An Act For the relief of Katherine Southerland. March 4, 1927. [[S. 1339](/us/bill/69/s/1339).] [[Private, No. 536](/us/pvtl/69/536).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Katherine Southerland. Payment to, for personal injuries. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Katherine Southerland the sum of $1,000 in full settlement of all claims for injuries received and losses sustained as a result of being run down and over by a motor truck of the United States Army in Washington, District of Columbia, on or about November 7, 1921.
