CHAP. 510.— An Act For the relief of Wade W. Barber. June 8, 1926.[[H. R. 4325](/us/bill/69/hr/4325).][[Private, No. 118](/us/pvtl/69/118).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Wade W. Barber.Military record corrected. That in the administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers, Wade W. Barber, of Bancroft, Nebraska, who was a member of Company F, Thirty-fifth Infantry, United States Volunteers, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been discharged honorably from the military service of the United States as a private of that organization on the third day of *Proviso.*No prior pension, etc.January, 1900: *Provided.*, That no bounty, back pay, pension, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
