CHAP. 508.— An Act For the relief of Joseph A. Choate. June 8, 1926.[[H. R. 2172](/us/bill/69/hr/2172).][[Private, No. 116](/us/pvtl/69/116).] *Be it enacted by the. Senate and. House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That in theJoseph A. Choate.Military record corrected. administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers, Joseph A. Choate, who served under the name of Alexander Choat as a private of Company K, 1496Fourth Regiment Tennessee Volunteer Cavalry, shall hereafter be held anti considered to have been discharged honorably from the military service of the United States as a private of said company *Proviso.*No back pay, etc.and regiment on the 25th day of November, 1864: *Provided*, That no back pay, pension, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
