CHAP. 507.— An Act For the relief of Francis Forbes. June 8, 1926.[[H. R. 1721](/us/bill/69/hr/1721).][[Private, No. 115](/us/pl/69/115).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That in theFrancis Forbes.Military record corrected. administration of the pension laws Francis Forbes, late of Company I, Tenth Regiment New York Volunteer Cavalry, or Company I, First Regiment New York Volunteer Provisional Cavalry, Civil War, shall be held and considered to have been honorably discharged: *Provided*, That no back pay, pension, bounty, or other emolument*Proviso.*No back pay, etc. shall accrue prior to the passage of this Act.
