CHAP. 506.— An Act To provide for the cooperation of the United States in the erection in the city of Panama of a monument to General Simon Bolivar.March 4, 1927.[[S. 2643](/us/bill/69/s/2643).][[Public, No. 800](/us/pl/65/800).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,General Simon Bolivar.Contribution authorized for monument to, in city of Panama. That there is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $10,000, to enable the Secretary of State to pay such sum to the Government of Panama as the contribution of the United States toward the erection in the city of Panama of a monument to General Simon Bolivar pursuant to a resolution adopted at the fifth international conference of American States, held at Santiago, Chile, in 1923.
