CHAP. 505.— An Act For the relief of R. Clyde Bennett. June 8, 1926.[[S. 1059](/us/bill/69/s/1059).][[Private, No. 113](/us/pvtl/69/113).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the SecretaryR. Clyde Bennett.Payment to, for personal injuries. of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to B. Clyde Bennett the sum of $5,000, in full satisfaction of all his claims against the United States on account of permanent bodily injuries sustained by him as the result of his having been accidentally shot by a soldier who, at the time of the accidental shooting, was in the service of the United States, guarding Baltimore and Ohio Railroad property in the State of West Virginia.
