CHAP. 498.— An Act Creating the offices of assistants to the Secretary of Labor.March 4, 1927.[[S. 3662](/us/bill/69/s/3662).][[Public, No. 792](/us/pl/69/792).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Department of Labor.Two assistants to the Secretary to be appointed. That hereafter there shall he in the Department of Labor not more than two assistants to the Secretary, who shall be appointed by the President and shall perform such duties as may be prescribed by the Secretary of Labor or required by law. Approved, March 4, 1927.
