CHAP. 49.— An Act Granting the consent of Congress to the Louisiana Highway Commission to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge across the Ouachita River at or near Harrisonburg, Louisiana. March 10, 1926.[[S. 2785.](/us/bill/69/s/2785)][[Public, No. 40](/us/pl/69/40).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the consentOuachita Rirar.Louisiana may bridge, at Harrisonburg. of Congress is hereby granted to the State Highway Commission of Louisiana to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and 202approaches thereto across the Ouachita River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at or near Harrisonburg, Louisiana, Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84.and in accordance with the provisions of an Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. Amendment. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, March 10, 1926.
