United States of America in Congress assembled*, José6Louzau.Payment to, for personal injuries. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and lie is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, and in full settlement against the Government, to José Louzau the sum of $2,000 for personal injuries caused by being struck by a United States Army truck in San Juan, Porto Rico, August 27, 1920.
