R. 1691](/us/bill/69/hr/1691).] [[Private, No. 522](/us/pvtl/69/522).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Henry F. Downing. Payment of Civil War bounty to. That there is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $80.20 to pay Henry F. Downing as bounty due him for services rendered in the United States Navy during the Civil War. Approved, March 3, 1927.
