CHAP. 478.— An Act For the relief of Archie O. Sprague. March 3, 1927. [[H. R. 2589](/us/bill/69/hr/2589).] [[Private, No. 520](/us/pvtl/69/520).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Vnited States of America in Congress assembled*, Archie O. Sprague. Payment to, for death of wife. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Archie O. Sprague, the sum of $5,000, in full settlement against the Government, for damages suffered by the death of his wife, Martha Unger Sprague, who was struck and fatally injured by a stray bullet fired during target practice at Camp Dix, New Jersey, on June 8, 1925.
