June 4, 1926.[[S. 1223](/us/bill/69/s/1223).][[Private, No. 107](/us/pvtl/69/107).] *Be it evicted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the ComptrollerJ. L. Flynn.Credit in account of. General of the United States is hereby authorized and directed to allow credit in the account of Former Acting Collector of Internal Revenue J. L. Flynn, first California district, in the sum of $1,144.18 to cover disallowance due to overpayment of subsistence to certain gaugers and storekeepergaugers which were incurred in the months of August, September, October, and November, 1921.
