CHAP. 471.— An Act For the relief of Alice Barnes.March 3, 1927.[[H. R. 5069](/us/bill/69/hr/5069).][[Private, No. 513](/us/pvtl/69/513).] *Be it enacted by the Senate anti House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Treasury be, anti he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any fends in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, and in full settlement against the Government, the sum of $500 to Alice Barnes for injuries sustained as the result of being struck by a United States parcel-post automobile in East Orange, New Jersey, April 1, 1020.
