CHAP. 471.— An Act Granting the consent of Congress to the Northern Pacific Railway Company to construct a bridge across the Mississippi River at Little Falls, Minnesota.June 4, 1926.[[H. R. 10771](/us/bill/69/hr/10771).][[Public, No. 332](/us/pl/69/332).] *Be it enacted by tire Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the consentMississippi River.Northern Pacific Rail-way Company may bridge, at Little Falls, Minn. of Congress is hereby granted to the Northern Pacific Railway Company, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of 'Wisconsin, and its successors and assigns, to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Mississippi River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at or near Little Falls, in the county of Morrison, in the State of Minnesota,Construction.
Vol. 34, p. 34. in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906. Sec. 2. The right to sell, assign, transfer, and mortgage all theRight to Sill, etc, conferred. rights, powers, and privileges conferred by this Act is hereby granted to the Northern Pacific Railway Company, its successors, and assigns, and any corporation to which such rights, powers, and privileges may be sold, assigned, or transferred, or which shall acquire the same by mortgage foreclosure or otherwise is hereby authorized to exercise the same as fully as though conferred herein directly upon such corporation.
Sec. 3. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, June 4, 1926.
