CHAP. 469.— An Act For the relief of Joseph L. Rahm. June 3, 1926.[[H. R. 7429](/us/bill/69/hr/7429).][[Private, No. 105](/us/pvtl/69/105).] *Be it evicted by the Semite and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the PresidentJoseph L. Rahm.Summonod before Army retiring board to inquire as to condition when discharged. of the United States be, and he is hereby, authorized to summon Joseph L. Rahm, formerly captain in the Dental Corps of the Army of the United States, before a retiring board, to inquire whether at the time of his honorable discharge, December 15, 1922, he was incapacitated for active service and whether such incapacity was the result of an incident of service, and whether said discharge should have been made, and upon the result of such inquiry, the President isAppointment as captain in Dental Corps and retired, if disabled. authorized to nominate and appoint, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, the said Joseph L.
Rahm a captain in the Dental Corps and place him immediately thereafter upon the retired list of the Army, with the same privileges and retired pay as are now or may hereafter be provided by law or regulation for officers of the Regular Army: *Provided*, That the said Joseph L. Rahm*Proviso.* No back pay, etc. shall not be entitled to any back pay or allowances. Approved, June 3, 1926.
