That the Postmaster General be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to credit the accounts of William Alexander, late postmaster atWilliam Alexander. Hayward. Proviso. Assignment of claims.*Provided*, That the said late postmasters shall assign to the United States any and all claims they may have to dividends arising from the liquidation of said banks. Approved, June 3, 1926.
