CHAP. 465.— An Act For the relief of Franklin Mott Gunther. March 3, 1927. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Franklin Mott Gunther, the sum of $434.16, being the amount paid by him to the Government in reimbursement of official funds stolen by an employee of the Government from the legation of the United States at The Hague, Netherlands, in January, 1920, at which time the said Franklin Mott Gunther was acting as charge d’affaires ad interim of the United States.
