CHAP. 462.— An Act For the relief of A. T. Whitworth. June 3, 1926.[[S. 588](/us/bill/69/s/588) .][[Private, No. 98](/us/pvtl/69/98).] *Be if enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, A. T. Whitworth.Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $73.50 to A. T. Whitworth, for the loss of personal effects possessed by his son, Lester R.
Whitworth, private, serial numbered 3024–033, Medical Department, United States Army, upon his death in the service and which personal effects passed into the custody of proper department of the Army for transmission to said A. T. Whitworth. Approved, June 3, 1926.
