CHAP. 458.— An Act To authorize the Secretary of the Interior to purchase certain lands in California to be added to the Santa Ysabel Indian Reservation and authorizing an appropriation of funds therefor.June 3, 1926.[[H. R. 8186](/us/bill/69/hr/8186).][[Public, No. 329](/us/pl/69/329).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Santa Ysabel Indian Reservation, Calif.Lauds to be bought for addition to. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized to purchase a certain irregular tract of land containing approximately five hundred and seventy-three acres in townships 11 and 12 south, range 3 east of San Bernardino meridian in California, situated adjacent to the Santa Ysabel Indian Reservation, the legal description and area of the tract to be accurately determined; said land when purchased to be added to *Proviso*.Amount authorized.*Post*, p. 856.and become a part of the Santa Ysabel Indian Reservation: *Provided*, That the sum of $25,000, or so much thereof as may be needed, is hereby authorized to be appropriated out of any money in the Treasury, not otherwise appropriated, to cover the purchase price of the land and to defray the expenses necessarily incurred in connection therewith.
