CHAP. 453.— An Act For the relief of James F. McCarthy.March 3, 1927.[[H. R. 7703](/us/bill/69/hr/7703).][[Private, No. 495](/us/pvtl/69/495).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,James F McCarthy.Reimbursement to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury of the United States not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $194 to compensate James F, McCarthy, of Bangor, Maine, for a judgment which he paid by reason of damage caused by him while driving a United States mail truck in the performance of his duty.
