CHAP. 45.— An Act For the relief of James A. Hughes.March 6, 1926.[[H. R. 4576](/us/bill/69/hr/4576).][[Private, No. 2](/us/pvtl/69/2).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,James A. Hughes.Granted honorable discharge. That in the administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers, James A. Hughes, One 14571458 hundred and sixty-seventh Company, Coast Artillery Corps, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of said company: *Provided,* That no pay,*Proviso*.No prior pension, etc. pension, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
