CHAP. 449.— An Act For the relief of the Niagara Machine and Tool Works.March 3, 1927.[[H. R. 9150](/us/bill/69/hr/9150).][[Private, No. 491](/us/pvtl/69/491).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America, in Congress assembled*,Niagara Machine and Tool Works.Compensation to, for losses. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money not otherwise appropriated, to the Niagara Machine and Tool Works the sum of $175 for compensation for losses sustained by said corporation arising from cancellation of a contract entered into between said corporation and an agent of the United States Government for the manufacturing of certain grooving machines.
