CHAP. 445.— An Act Declaring Eagle Lake, which lies partly within the limits of the State of Mississippi, in Warren County, and partly within the limits of the State of Louisiana, in Madison Parish, to be a nonnavigable stream.June 2, 1926.[[H. That Eagle Lake, which lies partly within the limits of the State of Mississippi, in Warren County, and partly within the limits of the State of Louisiana, in Madison Parish, be and the same is hereby declared to be a nonnavigable stream within the meaning of the Constitution and laws of the United States. Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, June 2, 1926.
