CHAP. 438.— An Act Authorizing and directing the Secretary of the Treasury to immediately reconvey to Charles Murray, senior, and Sarah A. Murray, his wife, of De Funiak Springs, Florida, the title to lots 820, 821, and 822, in the town of De Funiak Springs, Florida, according to the map of Lake De Funiak drawn by W. J. Vankirk. June 1, 1926.[[S. 1415](/us/bill/69/s/1415).][[Private, No. 86](/us/pl/69/86).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the SecretaryCharles Murray, senior, and wife.Reconveyance to, of lots in De Funiak Springs, Fla. of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to immediately reconvey to Charles Murray, senior, and Sarah A.
Murray, his wife, the title to lots 820, 821, and 822, in the town of De Funiak Springs, Florida, according to the map of Lake De Funiak drawn by W. J. Vankirk, the same being those certain lots, the title to which was conveyed to the United States of America by the said Charles Murray, senior, and Sarah A. Murray, his wife, by deed executed on the 28th day of December, anno Domini 1916, on which to construct a Government building in the city of De Funiak Springs, Florida, and on which a Government building has not been constructed.
