CHAP. 432.— An Act For the relief of Ben Wagner.March 3, 1927.[[H. R. 15305](/us/bill/69/hr/15305).][[Private, No. 474](/us/pvtl/69/474).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Ben Wagner.Payment to, for loss of horse. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, and in full settlement against the Government, the sum of $150 to Ben Wagner for the value of a horse at Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, electrocuted by broken kite wire of the Weather Bureau which had come in contact with the high power line of the Public Service Company of Oklahoma.
