CHAP. 428.— An Act For the relief of C. B. Wells. May 29, 1926.[[H. R. 965](/us/bill/69/hr/965).][[Private, No. 79](/us/pvtl/69/79).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, C. B. Wells.Overpayment by, refunded. That the Secretary of the Treasury is authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to C. B. Wells, of Anniston, Alabama, the sum of $132.89, on account of overpayment to the United States made by the said C. B. Wells on October 30, 1919, through an error in the estimate of the weight of steel purchased by him from the United States. Approved, May 29, 1926.
