That the Court of Claims of the United States be, and hereby is, given jurisdiction to hear and determine the claim of the Butler Lumber Company, Incorporated, Richmond, Virginia, for damages resulting from the furnishing of piling in the erection of a fueling station of Craney Island, in Norfolk Harbor, Virginia, which station was erected under a contract dated May 21, 1921, between W.
