CHAP. 421.— An Act For the relief of Nohle-Gilbertson Company, a corporation, of Buford, North Dakota. May 28, 1926.[[H. R. 6615](/us/bill/69/hr/6615).][[Private, No. 76](/us/pvtl/69/76).] *Be it enacted I y the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the SecretaryNohle-Gilberton Company.Land patent to. of the Interior is hereby authorized, in his discretion, to issue patent to Nohle-Gilbertson Company for the east half of section 22, township 25 north, range 56 east, Montana principal meridian, upon payment by said corporation of the value of said land, to be fixed by the Secretary of the Interior, less any amount loaned by said corporation to Christ Hepding and remaining unpaid: *Provided*, That in*Proviso.*Purchase price required. no event shall patent so issue to said corporation for said land except upon the payment therefor by said corporation at the rate of not less than $1.25 per acre.
