CHAP. 420.— Joint Resolution Authorizing the construction of a Government dock or wharf at Juneau, Alaska.May 28, 1926.[[H. J. Res., 139](/us/bill/69/hjres/139).][[Pub. Res., No. 33](/us/bill/69/pubres/33).] *Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Juneau Alaska. That the following work of improvement is hereby adopted and authorized to be prosecuted under the direction of the Board of Road Commissioners for Alaska, in accordance with the plans recommended in the report hereinafter designated:
Construction of dock at, authorized.*Post*, p. 1142.Dock or wharf at Juneau, Alaska, in accordance with the report submitted in House Document Numbered 561, Sixty-eighth Congress, second session, and subject to the conditions set forth in said *Proviso*.Limit of amount.document: *Provided*, That the sum authorized to be so expended shall not exceed the sum of $22,500.
