CHAP. 417.— An Act To correct the military record of Samuel Wemmer.March 3, 1927.[[H. R. 9787](/us/bill/69/hr/9787).][[Private, No. 459](/us/pvtl/69/459).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Samuel Wemmer.Military record corrected. That in the administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers, Samuel Wemmer, who was a member of Company D, Ninth Regiment Ohio Volunteer Cavalry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been discharged honorably from the military service of the United States as a private of that *Proviso*.No back pay, etc.organization on the 17th day of January, 1865: *Provided*, That no bounty, back pay, pension, or allowance snail be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
