R. 97](/us/bill/69/hr/97).][[Public, No. 33](/us/pl/69/33).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That there isQuinaielt Reservation, Wash.136 Improvement of road on, authorized.hereby authorized to be expended the sum of $50,000 from the tribal funds of the Indians of the Quinaielt Reservation, Washington, for the improvement and completion of the road on said reservation from Taholah to Moclips, under such rules and regulations as may be prescribed by the Secretary of the Interior and to be available *Proviso*.Use of Indian labor.until expended: *Provided*, That Indian labor shall be employed as far as practicable.
