Bartling.Credit in postal accounts. General be, and he is hereby, authorized and. directed to credit the accounts of Frank A. Bartiing, postmaster at Nebraska City, Nebraska, in the sum of $12,441.25, due to the United States on account of money and postage stamps stolen from the safe of the post office at Nebraska City, Nebraska, when burglarized on the 24th of September, 1924.
