CHAP. 404.— An Act For the relief of B. F. Cowley.March 3, 1927.[[S. 4795](/us/bill/69/s/4795).][[Private, No. 446](/us/pvtl/69/446).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,B. F. Cowley.Reimbursement for postal messenger service. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury of the United States not otherwise appropriated, to B. F. Cowley, postmaster at Leesville, Louisiana, the sum of $43.21, paid by him for messenger service in an emergency case. Approved, March 3, 1927.
