CHAP. 398.— An Act For the relief of Andrew McLaughlin.March 3, 1927.[[H. R. 15624](/us/bill/69/hr/15624).][[Private, No. 440](/us/pvtl/69/440).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Andrew McLaughlin.Military record corrected. That in the administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers, Andrew McLaughlin who was a member of Troop I, Third United States Cavalry, and Company K, Twenty-first United States Infantry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been discharged honorably from the military service of the United States as a private of those organizations on the 10th day of duly, 1890, and 20th day of January, 1900, respectively: *Provided*, That no bounty, back pay, pension, or allowance*Proviso*.No back pay, etc. shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
