CHAP. 394.— An Act For the relief of R. E. Neumann and wife. May 25, 1926.[[H. R. 2210](/us/bill/69/hr/2210).][[Private, No. 73](/us/pvtl/69/73).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, R. E. Neumann and wife.Payment to, for death of son. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to R. E. Neumann and wife, of Galveston, Texas, the sum of $3,500 in full compensation for the death of their son, Ernest Neumann, who was killed on or about the 25th day of February, 1925, in Galveston County, Texas, by an airplane, which at the time was being operated by an officer or aviator of the United States Army in line of duty.
