CHAP. 393.— An Act For the relief of C. T. Kitchen. May 25, 1926.[[H. R. 2209](/us/bill/69/hr/2209).][[Private, No. 72](/us/pvtl/69/72).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the SecretaryC. T. Kitchen.Payment to, for personal injuries. of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, 1482out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $1,500 to C. T.
Kitchen, of Galveston, Texas, in full settlement of all claims against the Government of the United States for serious injuries inflicted upon him by a Government airplane operated by an officer or aviator of the United States Army on or about February 25, 1925, in Galveston County, Texas, while such officer or aviator was engaged in the operation of such airplane in line of duty. Approved, May 25, 1926.
