CHAP. 392.— An Act For the relief of Theodore W. Goldin.March 3, 1927.[[H. R. 5275](/us/bill/69/hr/5275).][[Private, No. 434](/us/pvtl/69/434).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Theodore W. Goldin.Granted honorable discharge. That in the administration of the pension laws Theodore W. Goldin shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from Troop G, Seventh Regiment United States Cavalry, November 13, 1877: *Provided, however,*, That no pension, back pay, or bounty*Proviso*.No back pay, etc. shall accrue prior to the passage of this Act.
