CHAP. 389.— An Act For the relief of Thomas Maley.March 3, 1927.[[H. R. 8852](/us/bill/69/hr/8852).][[Private, No. 431](/us/pvtl/69/431).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Thomas Maley.Naval record corrected. That in the administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged sailors, Thomas Maley, who served on the United States ship Saint Louis during the World War as a second-class fireman, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been discharged honorably from the naval service of the United States on the 1st day of April, 1919: *Provided*, That no back*Proviso*.No back pay, etc. pay, bounty, pension, or other allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
