CHAP. 383.— Joint Resolution Providing for the return of funds belonging to World War National Guard organizations that are not reconstituted.March 3, 1927.[[H. J. Res., No. 64](/us/bill/69/pubres/64).] *Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America, in Congress assembled*,National Guard.Return of funds of World War units of, not reconstituted. That the Secretary of War is hereby authorized and directed to transfer to the governors of the respective States and Territories and to the commanding general of the District of Columbia such funds as he may now hold in trust for World War units of the National Guard which have *Proviso*.State legislation required.not been reconstituted: *Provided*, That in the cases of States and Territories the legislatures thereof first pass acts enabling their respective governors to act as trustees for said funds.
